Head of Product Management F/m/d

We are seeking a highly motivated Head of Product Management f/m/d, who will manage the Integration Unit on the B2B side together with a Senior Engineering Manager.

**YOUR TASKS**:

- Defining the product vision and road map of our products in the B2B Integration space in line with JobCloud's company strategy. B2B Integration consists of our systems for importing job ads to our platforms, connecting to our business systems and customs' ATS as well as running legacy platforms.
- Leading the Product team for B2B Integration consisting of four Product Managers
- Together with your team, discovering and implementing new and innovative ways to let us provide the best possible integrations in our ecosystem to customers and internal teams
- Collaborating closely in a cross functional team with Engineering and Data
- Assessing product success in quantitative and qualitative analyses
- Taking fact-based decisions accordingly
- Contributing to the Product Management community at JobCloud

**YOUR SKILLS**:

- Several years of experience in Product Management roles covering different digital products, ideally in marketplace and/or recruiting environments
- At least 1 year of experience in people management
- Experience in managing products for B2B users and ability to understand complex system integration topics
- Solution-oriented and strong analytical thinking skills combined with a desire to make fact-based decisions
- Experience of operating in an agile work environment
- Perseverance and patience to push a product to the next level
- A motivated self-starter who enjoys a challenge of identifying and driving success where the path is unclear
- Fluent in English; German or French are a plus
