As Head of Delivery Systems, Fragrance, you will manage the development of the latest fragrance delivery technologies, overseeing the full innovation lifecycle from R&D to product and process industrialization. You will guide downstream business activities and fragrance development, while ensuring operational excellence across footprint management, quality, and supply chain performance and ensure a business-focused innovation pipeline. In this important global role, you will head the end-to-end Delivery Systems organisation across our sites in Argenteuil, Singapore, and Vernier, encouraging collaboration to deliver cost-effective, market-winning solutions that enhance consumer experiences and meet the evolving needs of our customer. You will promote innovation, efficiency, and sustainability, ensuring Givaudan's leadership in fragrance encapsulation technology to inspire customers worldwide. You will be based in Vernier and report directly to the Global Head of Science and Technology Fragrances. In this exciting role you will focus on: Strategy design and execution Lead the formulation and delivery of the Fragrance Delivery Systems end-to-end strategy, setting clear goals to achieve business growth and innovation Define innovation priorities and guide the development of unique, market‑winning technologies Establish the creation model to maximize efficiency and creativity across locations which win in the market Identify and assess new business opportunities, translating insights into applicable initiatives Shape product branding and promotional strategies to enhance market presence and customer engagement Oversee and refine the supply chain strategy, ensuring efficiency and alignment with sustainability goals and customer needs Functional management Oversee and improve the end-to-end innovation chain, from research through to industrialisation and supply Build and sustain a technology and fragrance portfolio aligned with both global and emerging market opportunities for Global Customers, Important International Accounts, and Local and Regional clients Ensure seamless coordination between category management (marketing and development) and sales teams to maximise market impact for our encapsulation business Manage all business opportunities — both attack and defend — to safeguard and grow market share Plan for long-term capacity and capability needs, ensuring the organisation is well-equipped for future growth People management Oversee the execution of Givaudan's annual human resource processes Work with the RMCo, Management peers and HR Business Partner(s) in developing a functional talent pipeline Promote the development and promotion of functional talents within the division Your professional profile includes: Master degree in Chemical Engineering, or related discipline 15+ years of experience in disciplines such as manufacturing, research or process development with a background in the aroma chemicals business 10+ years of progressive experience in people management 10+ years of experience in commercial operations and product development, with a track record of delivering business growth Business Fluent in English; as an advantage additional language skills In‑depth knowledge of industry dynamics, market trends, customer behaviours, and product lifecycle Expert in leading within a global matrix organization and to boost cross-functional teamwork Experienced in communicating and engaging both internal and external partners Results‑driven and strategical mindset Understanding of chemical engineering and processes plus chemistry and material science Experienced in resource allocation and project prioritisation, ensuring maximum value creation across projects Experienced with Polymer Science, Fragrance formulations and materials, Product industrialization Our benefits: Bonus
