Back Office Associate/assistant for a Company

F Trust AG is a fiduciary office and independent provider of Companies in Switzerland. We offer administration, accounting and family office services for our clients. For the development of our team in Zürich we are looking for another team member in our back office.
**The main duties will include, but not be limited to**:
- Filing electronically and physically all documents received in correspondence
- Correspondence with notaries, banks, insurance companies and authorities
- Acceptance and processing of telephone inquiries
- Assisting incorporation and administration of companies including preparation of company dossier for Notary and Commercial Registry
- Assistance with Bank account opening administration and KYC collection
- Maintenance of internal databases
- Assistance in cash flow tracking of companies
- General administrative tasks and correspondence
**A successful canditate should be able to check all of the below mentioned requirements**:
- Experience in back office/administrative position
- Very good spoken and written English and German
- Very good Excel and Word skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and tracking of to do’s and receivables from clients
- Ability to organize and prioritize, working both independently and collaboratively in a small team
