VOTRE MISSION:
Coordination du budget de l'unité Marketing & Communication ainsi que du budget marketing dans les autres unités du Groupe Lombard Odier: (80%)
- Elaborer et suivre régulièrement le budget annuel défini pour toutes les activités marketing à travers le Groupe.
- Initier, organiser et gérer les révisions budgétaires trimestrielles.
- Suivre les clôtures mensuelles, trimestrielles et annuelles et analyser les écarts entre les prévisions et les réalisations.
- Gestion des factures et la vue d'ensemble des dépenses.
- Création de rapports, analyses et indicateurs clés basés sur les demandes ponctuelles des partenaires internes.
- Collaboration étroite avec les services internes liés au budget (finance, comptabilité, achats)
- Gestion des coûts opérationnels pour les équipes M&C (masse salariale, frais généraux, etc )

Business Risk Management (BRM) Control & Monitoring. (20%)
- Détecter, analyser et prévenir les risques liés aux activités de l’Unité Marketing et Communication.
- Contribuer à l'évolution continue du cadre de risque et de contrôle de l'unité M&C, développer et mettre en œuvre des initiatives et des normes de bonnes pratiques.
- Implémenter les différents outils du Groupe en matière de risque, au sein de l’Unité M&C et assurer la mise à jour continue et la fiabilité des informations disponibles.

VOTRE PROFIL:
Compétences
- Diplôme : Formation supérieure reconnue en finance, controlling ou autre titre jugé équivalent
- Expérience : 2 à 3 ans d’expérience en finance/contrôle de gestion
- Connaissances : Maîtrise d’Excel et Powerpoint avancée et capacité d’adaptation à l’utilisation d’outils financiers et analytiques (ERP), SAP et COUPA un plus.
- Langues : de langue maternelle française et anglais courant
