We at Capgemini Invent Life sceinces help big pharmaceutical groopd to become more competitive, sustainable through End to End Data strategy. We support our clients through coachings & trainings from shop floor up to C level suite as well as co-creation and implementation of data driven solutions.
Our topics are Data Strategy, Data Analysis, data value in R&D, and Sustainability
- Be hands-on
- Affinity and or Appreciation for Data strategy and data science
- Affinity and or Appreciation for Digital transformation
- Understanding of Design Thinking and Value Proposition Design
- Can forge strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision makers
- Strong Communication skills
- Ideally has a background in Business, Innovation, Data Science and or Marketing
- Previous work experience highly desirable.
- Looking for a self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset
Soft Skills
- Multilingual (English/ Swiss German is a plus / French and Italian a plus)
- “Peoples person”
- Proficient in power point and other marketing software tools
- Pro-active

**Tasks**
- Support senior team in developing doing data maturity assessments
- Support organization of design thinking workshops and develop customer journeys
- Preparation of market research
- Create cold leads
- Help create content on Digital Transformation and Data Strategy
- Track engagement with content (Data-driven strategy)
- Support senior team to organize, structure deal pipeline and create convincing proposals decks
- Market Development (Organize client meetings)
- Attend conferences and represent our topics
