Your responsibilities- Support senior team in developing MVP products for Smart Industrial Application & Connected Products- Facilitate design thinking workshops and develop customer journeys- Help create content on Digital Engineering, Smart Products, Data Strategy, and Digital Transformation- Support senior team to organize, structure deal pipeline and create convincing proposals decks- Facilitate market development and organize client meetings

Your qualifications- Academic excellence: outstanding Bachelor or/ and Master’s degree in a renowned University in the field of Business, Information Technology or Engineering- Industry knowledge: initial experience with engineering product development and industrial operations would be highly desirable- Consulting experience: first experiences in consulting and project management- Conceptual talent: rational thinking and ease of combining technological understanding, strategic evaluation, and implementation work i.e., efficient linking of processes between business, strategy, and IT. A structured work style with a fun approach to solving complex tasks. Commitment and self-responsibility to deadlines. Eagerness to learn and adapt in uncertain situations, manage multiple tasks simultaneously.- Communication and presentation skills: fluent in English (written and spoken). German (Zurich/Basel) or French skills (Lausanne/Geneva) mandatory (C1 level). Strong presentation and moderation skills.- IT affinity: very good MS Office skills.- Cultural fit: high reliability, team spirit and personal fit for a leading global management consulting firm (international orientation & openness to travel, integrity).
