As Delivery Lead (f/m/x) for the regions Germany, Austria and Switzerland you are responsible for the successful implementation of Business Applications projects in the Life Science area as well as for the further expansion of this segment.

**This is your role in the team**:

- Your goal is to ensure the complete execution of projects in the Life Science business segment with regard to contractual terms and conditions and to support the pre-sales activities.
- You define and design the project methodology to achieve the agreed services and solutions for the projects. You will collaborate with other delivery organizations in the Business Applications unit.
- You will lead a team of Project Managers, Solution Architects, Consultants and Developers who will be responsible for the operational delivery of client projects.
- Your tasks also include active management of project risks and escalations.
- You ensure that the defined framework conditions of the projects (time, quality, budget) are adhered.
- You will work closely with the Offering Lead Life Science to coordinate the offering and the associated effort and solution architecture.

**What defines you**:

- Extensive extensive experience in the Life Science environment (e.g. fine chemistry, pharma, cosmetics or medical technology).
- You have relevant professional experience in the implementation of complex ERP - Microsoft Dynamics 365 projects.
- You have more than five years of leadership experience (including people management).
- Your way of working is s characterized by entrepreneurial thinking and action.
- You have excellent communication and negotiation skills and a feeling for sensitive situations.
- You communicate confidently in German and English.
