**Folgende Aufgaben gehören zusammen mit deinem Team in deinen Verantwortungsbereich**:

- Du leitest die Buchhaltung mit Unterstützung eines kleinen Buchhaltungsteams
- Du stellst sicher, dass alle standardisierten Buchhaltung-, Debitoren
- und Kreditorenprozesse effizient und korrekt ablaufen
- Du bist mit deinem Team für die Erstellung der Monats
- und Jahresabschlüsse der in
- und ausländischen Einzelgesellschaften gemäss Anweisungen verantwortlich
- Du übernimmst selber auch die Buchhaltungen von Gesellschaften
- Du unterstützt den CFO bei der externen Prüfung (Schlussrevision)
- Du hilfst dem CFO proaktiv bei Projekten und leitest selber Teilprojekte zur Optimierung, Digitalisierung und Standardisierung der Finanzprozesse

**Wenn die folgenden Punkte auf dich zutreffen, müssen wir dich unbedingt kennenlernen**:

- Du hast eine höhere Fachausbildung in Finanzen und Rechnungswesen (Buchhalter mit eidg. Fachausweis, Treuhändische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Ausbildung auf Tertiärstufe)
- Du verfügst über mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Leitung der Buchhaltung
- Du bist bilanzsicher und arbeitest sorgfältig, zuverlässig und selbständig
- Du hast ein hohes Mass an Eigenverantwortung
- Deine ausgezeichneten mündlichen und schriftlichen Deutschkenntnisse und Englischkenntnisse runden dein Profil ab
