**What impact do you have?**:
Manage and inspire a team of 8 Process Engineers, leveraging their strengths and assigning tasks strategically.

Act as a coach for your team, fostering new ideas, evaluating them collaboratively, and supporting their successful implementation.

Collaborate with Product Management, Data Analytics, and IT to prioritize tasks and develop solutions for Migros Online's logistics processes.

Ensure continuous improvement of existing processes, implement new processes effectively, and maintain proper documentation. Drive process quality and cost efficiency through targeted initiatives and sustainable improvements.

Dive into major projects like the new Fulfillment Center in Regensdorf (golife in 2026) and make a significant impact.

Additionally, you'll oversee Last Mile/Delivery, currently managed by a dedicated duo of two process engineers.

In the role of Last Mile/Delivery Manager, you’ll take charge of the process, costs, and quality aspects of customer deliveries through postal services.

You'll adeptly guide the COO through budgeting and contract negotiation rounds, analyzing customer needs closely.

Collaborating with customer service, fulfillment centers, and postal services, you and your team will craft innovative solutions to exceed customer expectations.

technical or business-related field (e.g. Business Engineering or Business Informatics)

**minimum 3 years in a similar leadership role**:
Logistics, IT processes, automated intralogistics, E-Commerce

In-depth understanding of logistics IT processes and experience in automated intralogistics, preferably in E-commerce and project management.
