As a member of the Smart Infrastructure Information Technology Program team, this individual contributor will be responsible for the effective planning and implementation of the communications strategy to support the objectives of a key Siemens business transformation program SHERPA X.

**Your new responsibilities**
- Prepare communication strategy for our different audiences and channels, based on SHERPA X 3S program objectives.
- Develop & lead SHERPA X 3S story for business transformation in collaboration with the program leadership and stakeholders.
- Implement and manage various communication channels that help drive communication objectives as a part of the integrated communications approach (elements can include, but not limited to, social media, digital communications, roadshows, advertising, public relations, events, promotions, direct mail, website, audio-visual productions, etc.)
- Develop content to ensure consistency of message in internal and external communications (e.g., internet, intranet, advertising, press activities, presentations, etc.)
- Research, prepare and communicate SHERPA X success stories, projects, and innovations.
- Evaluate effectiveness of communication by conducting surveys, inquiries, and other elements of the communication performance management
- Closely collaborate with various Siemens business communications teams to achieve the communication objectives of the SHERPA X program.

**Your talents and past experiences**
- 5-8 years successfully performing the planning, directing, executing, and measurement of communications to internal and external stakeholders, preferably within industry
- Strong organization skills
- Ability to track and analyze campaign results
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Strong customer service orientation
- Solid computer skills using Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work under time constraints with multiple projects
- Experience in Industrial markets helpful
