We provide pioneering solutions for the building technology, energy, mobility, healthcare, and industry sectors. As a member of the Smart Infrastructure communications team, this individual contributor will be responsible for the effective planning and implementation of the communications strategy to support the marketing and business objectives of key SI Vertical Markets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Leverage marketing and campaign plans to build comprehensive content strategies that align with business objectives, brand positioning, and target audience needs across all digital and traditional channels
- Guide the development of audience personas and journey maps to inform content creation teams, ensuring all materials effectively address user needs at each stage of the customer journey
- Lead the creation of content frameworks (tactics strategy for all persona types and buyer journey stages), establishing editorial guidelines, tone of voice, and content standards to ensure consistency across all platforms in close collaboration with Content Developer
- Align with Content Developer to design and manage content calendars, workflows, and production processes while coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality content
- Analyze content performance through data-driven metrics and KPIs, providing actionable insights to optimize content effectiveness and ROI while identifying opportunities for improvement in close collaboration with Demand Center, Field Marketing and Content Developer
- Oversee content audit processes and maintain content inventory, identifying gaps and opportunities while ensuring all content supports SEO objectives and drives meaningful engagement

**Qualifications**:

- Several years of professional experience in various communication fields and roles, demonstrating a diverse skill set.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, with experience in team development and performance management.
- Experience working closely with senior leaders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to craft clear, compelling messages for different audiences.
- Critical thinker with strong analytical problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms is a plus.
