Für unseren Kunden suchen wir einen Payroll Manager (m/w)

Aufgaben
- Zusammen mit Ihren Teamkolleginnen und Teamkollegen sind Sie für den reibungslosen Ablauf der Lohnbuchhaltung und der dazugehörenden Personaladministration für die verschiedenen Tochtergesellschaften verantwortlich.
- Sie sind für die Bewirtschaftung von Personalstammdaten und weiteren administrativen Aufgaben wie die Zeiterfassung zuständig.
- Mit Ihnen werden die Ein
- und Austritte der Mitarbeitenden reibungslos mutiert.
- Arbeitszeugnisse werden durch Sie nach Vorgaben erstellt.
- Sie sind die erste Anlaufstelle bei offenen Fragen unserer Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter rund um die Sozialversicherungen.
- Durch Sie werden die Jahresmeldungen an die zuständigen Ämter/Ausgleichskassen und Versicherungen (AHV, UVG, KTG, QST) kompetent erstellt.

Qualifikation
- Sie bringen eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
- Idealerweise verfügen Sie über eine Weiterbildung im Personalwesen oder im Bereich Payroll.
- Mit Ihrer mehrjährigen Erfahrung im Bereich der Lohnadministration, können Sie die bevorstehenden Tätigkeiten selbstständig erledigen.
- Eine ausgeprägte Dienstleistungsorientierung sowie Flexibilität helfen Ihnen dabei, diese abwechslungsreiche Funktion in einem dynamischen Umfeld kompetent zu meistern.
- Ihr Zahlenflair und Ihre exakte und konzentrierte Arbeitsweise zeichnen Sie aus.
- Sie kommunizieren mündlich und schriftlich stilsicher auf Deutsch. Englischkenntnisse oder weitere Sprachen sind von Vorteil.
