Calibrium AG is a private Investment Office that invests in a broad range of asset classes globally. We are fundamental long-term investors looking for a highly motivated professional to join our Company as:
**Legal Counsel (60% - 100%)**

You will join our dynamic and adaptable legal, risk and compliance team and report directly to and work with the General Counsel.

**Your role and responsibilities will include**:

- Managing and completing the fund subscription process
- Managing KYC and AML obligations
- Reviewing and negotiating NDAs
- Completing annual tax and regulatory reporting filings
- Managing the filing of the document management system
- Assisting the company secretarial function and managing corporate housekeeping documents
- Reviewing and providing feedback to the General Counsel on corporate and standard investment documentation
- Together with the team, management and oversight of external counsel, as appropriate as part of the above
- Coordinate signatures on legal documents and arrange for notarization; obtain apostilles

**Requirements**:

- Law degree
- At least 3 years’ experience
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Detail oriented
- Excellent written and spoken German and English
- Already resident in Switzerland
