Johnson & Johnson is undertaking a major strategic transformation of our Identity and Access Management landscape over the next 3 years. This role will be within our J&J Information Security and Risk Management (ISRM) organization, working at the intersection of business strategy, human-centered design, and emerging technology platform/program delivery. It could be office-based or remote in US or EMEA with a capability to overlap 5 hours into Raritan, NJ business day.

As Director of Directory Services, Secrets and Privilege Access, you will be responsible for directory services capabilities such as taking inventory of, storing, and updating identities and credentials. You will implement governing policies for directory management, accounts, security groups and password management that mitigate breaches to company assets. A high frequency of information system inventory review will complement security policies set in place to prevent incidents to the company.

This role requires technical experience in multiple fields such as Enterprise Directories, Password Management, Privileged Account and Secrets Management, Certificate Services, Credential and Secret Management, and PKI.

As Director of Directory Services, Secrets and Privilege Access, you will be supporting users with elevated access in the company. You will set the governance for privileged accounts and ensure that PAM solutions are optimized, ensuring all privileged accounts are onboarded and additional features, such as session isolation, password rotation and secrets management are implemented, in order to mitigate malicious insider threats.

- Improves strategies for the delivery of IAM services across J&J’s global footprint. Builds future-ready capabilities to accelerate business growth strategies. Facilitates and coordinates priorities with suppliers, IT Infrastructure Services departments and Business IT groups.
