- Description/Tasks:

- Draft, review and send communication on behalf of company executives- Coordinate complex scheduling and extensive calendar management, as well as management of content and flow of information to senior executives- Reception tasks - first point of contact for all visitors- Various administrative activities in connection with aircraft insurance and the purchase of services related to flight operations such as fuel management and ground handling agreements- Organize and prepare for meetings, including all related documentation- Manage, coordinate and arrange senior executives travel and travel - related activities including hotel booking and transportation- Administration of Staff mobile phones and credit cards-
- Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner- Organize team communications and plan events, both internally and off - site- Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials and exercise discretion when interfacing with the business- Qualification/Experience:

- 5+ year's experience as management assistant, holding a bachelor's degree or equivalent- Knowledge in one or more areas such as Insurance, Purchasing, Fuel or Travel is a plus- Knowledge in Business Aviation desired but not mandatory- Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in German and English- Discretion and confidentiality- Strong time-management skills and the ability to multitask- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office productivity tools, with aptitude to learn new software and systems- Jet Aviation AG
