British American Tobacco Switzerland has an exciting opportunity for an Internship position in Lausanne

During this Internship, you will support the Back-Office Field Force team on its day-to-day business and ensure that BAT strategy is correctly translated in the field for both Combustible and Potentially Risk Reduced Products. You will support the team in developing and train our Field Representatives, and also contribute to the development and execution of projects with Consumers Experience or Key Account departments.

You will as well work in Sales Force environment, supporting Marketing campaigns deployment and new functionalities roll-out.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Establish strong working relationship with the whole Marketing department to ensure seamless implementation of platform's activities.
• Work on increasing our retailers B2B platform reach and efficiency, and support the team in building a strong and reliable CRM tool
• Support the Field Force team with education on new launches for Representatives, as well as tracking of launches performance.
• Be the link between the Field Force Team leader and the office on ad-hoc projects and administrative tasks.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor's degree with a focus on Marketing or similar
• Fluent in French and/or German with good command in the other language, very good level of English is required
• Independence and solution-oriented, eager to learn and seek challenges
• Strong project management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• At ease with CRM tools and architecture and Good knowledge of MS office tools (esp. PowerPoint and Excel)
