Process Documentation Manager

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and own the framework for process documentation ensuring consistency and quality.
- Engage with stakeholders across IT and business teams to map and analyse current-state processes.
- Identify and propose opportunities for process improvement, automation, and AI integration.
- Oversee the creation and maintenance of process documentation using tools like Visio, ensuring it remains relevant and actionable.
- Lead workshops and facilitate discussions to gather process inputs and validate outputs with stakeholders.
- Collaborate with analysts and IT teams to define requirements for automation initiatives.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to analysts working on process documentation.

Required Skills and Experience:

- 8+ years of experience in process design and documentation, preferably within IT or a related environment.
- Strong expertise in process modelling tools (e.g., Visio) and familiarity with AI-driven process tools (e.g., Nintex, UiPath, or others).
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, managing complex documentation projects with mínimal supervision.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across cross-functional teams.
- Strong critical thinking skills and an ability to identify and articulate improvement opportunities.
- Demonstrable experience in ITIL/ITSM practices and the use of ITSM tools
- Experience working in or supporting commodity trading or similar industries is a plus.
- Fluent English

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Certification in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean Six Sigma).
- Experience with AI-driven process generation and automation technologies.
- ITIL V3 / V4 Foundation or above
