Clerk PM Fund Operations
Aufgaben
Responsible for the processing of orders in Fund Operations in the Middle Office of Asset Management / Control of the execution of orders and smooth processing of transactions / Close cooperation with the counterparts in the custodian banks and transfer agents / Responsible for error tracking and quality management in Fund Operations / Responsible for booking orders in the trading systems / Control of the cash flow of the funds / Controlling of the data quality of write-offs, performance shares, side pockets etc. / Control of administrative matters such as general meeting resolutions, changes in management etc. / Cooperation with various departments during the due diligence process of new investments / Collaboration in the implementation of fund products / Assisting with the implementation of fund products in the systems until the processes are correctly installed / Review and control of updated regulatory requirements and investor investment limits in the systems / Implementation of risk controls to maintain high data and process quality / Communication and cooperation with various departments.
Qualifikation
Professional experience as a clerk in a bank or with an asset manager in an operational role / Understanding of investment products in asset management, especially fund products / Experience in working with funds or hedge funds / Analytical personality with a hands-on approach / Attention to detail / Interest in managing workload efficiently and meeting fixed deadlines / Flexible, proactive personality / Interest in smooth collaboration with various stakeholders / Good interpersonal and communication skills / German as well as English.
