The impact you can have

As part of our dynamic growth, the global Sales Operations team is looking for a new member to be based in Geneva, Switzerland and to take on the role of Lead Distribution Coordinator. You will be working closely with the Sales Operations team, the Sales team and the Marketing team to deliver a top-class service.

On a daily basis, you will
Distribute incoming leads to the Sales team by:

- Checking accuracy of information related to all incoming lead records in Salesforce
- Following up with prospects when provided with insufficient information
- Uploading and processing leads generated by Marketing campaigns
- Assigning and routing lead records to the correct Sales person
- Creating a workable opportunity for the Sales person in Salesforce
- Following set processes and assignment rules
- Maintain Salesforce with accurate information
- Participate in continuous internal process improvement
