Product Owner - Advanced analytics

At EF Educational Tours, we aim to inspire new perspectives on the world. Our team is a unique group of people building data solutions to help our operations team get the people who travel with us to and from those amazing destinations.

In short, we mine, transform and analyze airline and travel data to make informed recommendations or highlight critical points so that a school trip to Athens or Rome goes as smoothly as possible.

**The role**
- Work closely with executives, managers, and users to uncover development requirements
- Be the voice of customers for the development team and help them prioritize development
- Collect and analyze problems to keep the team working on things that really move the needle
- Envision the potential that a product could grow to but also plan reasonable steps to achieve it
- Own the relationship with a broad user base and lead exciting releases of new features

- You have a proactive entrepreneurial drive and focus on results
- User centric with keen understanding of how to balance what users need and what they want
- A collaborative team-player with an agile mindset
- A visionary able to see and realize the full potential of a product
- Critical thinker with obsession for validating problems or value using data

**Required** **skills for this role**:

- Academic degree in either business or engineering
- 2-4 years of experience working as Scrum product owner, preferably with digital products, or as business analyst
- Experience working with users on product development (NPD or design thinking frameworks)
- Excellent analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Scrum certificate - advantage
