**Deine Verantwortung**:

- Verantwortung für den Betrieb und die Fortentwicklung der Abteilung für Controlling
- Erstellung und Auswertung von Controlling-Berichten und Massnahmen zur Steuerung
- Leitung des Projektportfoliomanagements beim Verteidigungsdepartement (VBS) sowie stellvertretende Leitung und Fortentwicklung
- Extraktion, Analyse und Präsentation von Daten und Trends im Zusammenhang mit dem Projektportfolio des VBS
- Definition von Qualitätsstandards, die das VBS insgesamt betreffen, und Überwachung ihrer Umsetzung

**Deine Skills**:

- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder eine äquivalente Qualifikation
- Erfahrung und Kompetenz im Controlling und Projektportfoliomanagement sowie in administrativen Aufgaben
- Ausgezeichnete EDV-Kenntnisse sowie von Controlling-Tools und workflowbasierten Geschäftsverwaltungssystemen
- Interesse an und Verständnis für Projekte und Prozesse im Bereich Sicherheitspolitik
- Teamorientierte und kommunikationsstarke Persönlichkeit mit ausgezeichneten mündlichen und schriftlichen Fähigkeiten in einer zweiten Amtssprache sowie passiven Kenntnissen in einer dritten Amtssprache
- Fliessende Deutschkenntnisse andere Sprachen von Vorteil
