**Position Summary**

Join us as the **Department Manager of Proteins & Carbohydrates Analytics**, where you will lead a dynamic team dedicated to pioneering integrated solutions in protein and carbohydrate analytics. Your efforts will drive product innovation, uphold food safety and quality, and ensure compliance, establishing us as a global Center of Excellence in this field.

**A Day in the Life of a Department Manager Proteins & Carbohydrates Analytics**
- Lead and develop a dynamic team of 15+ scientist in the field of Proteins & Carbohydrates Analytics
- Explore and implement emerging technologies for protein and carbohydrate analysis
- Provide expert support to various teams, accelerating new product development initiatives
- Develop advanced methods for product innovation and quality control
- Manage the Department Project Portfolio in alignment with Nestlé Research’s strategic goals

**What Will Make You Successful**
- Ph.D. in Analytical Chemistry or a related field
- Proven leadership skills with expertise in analytical sciences
- Excellent communication and people management abilities
- Proficient in resource management to achieve departmental objectives
- High integrity and a proactive mindset aligned with organizational goals
- Able to speak English fluently
