Over the last several years our Global Talent Acquisition (GTA) organization has been transformed from a recruitment delivery function to a truly value-add HR function/ Talent Acquisition (TA) CoE that not only delivers hires, but contributes to our Company’s success by leading strategic planning and implication of talent acquisition innovations, processes and technology to meet business requirements. Working with our best-in-class TA ecosystem, we use data to focus on building and accelerating talent pipelines across all divisions, at all levels.

Position Overview:

- Partner and consult with the business to understand business needs and develop, gain commitment and execute against talent strategies to deliver value
- Monitor and analyzes trends in the business, economy, and employment marketplace to identify issues and opportunities in order to enhance staffing strategies and leverage brand
- Develop and implement the regional Talent Acquisition strategy, focusing on the ever-evolving external talent markets
- Manage and develop the CoE GTA team & partner with GTA Ops to steer the RPO team to execute hiring strategies
- Comprehend the internal talent landscape (including Talent Reviews and Succession Planning)
- Consult & influence selection decisions ensuring a diverse pipeline (including sponsoring the new regional sourcing hub)
- Partner with the TA CoE Leads to identify and deploy regional Employee Branding, Social Media, Sourcing and Diversity strategies, etc.
- Drive Diversity initiatives with HRBPs and Managers that achieve tangible outcomes
- Consult on and conduct assessment/ selection approach when needed
- Educate the business on the hiring progress and motivated landscape utilizing internal and external metrics and data
- Build strong relationships with business, HR CoEs, HRBPs and RPO
- Represent TA in the local HR management team and towards senior management
- Comply with local Compliance specifications

Subordinates: 6 GTA Associate Directors

What we are looking for:

- Minimum of 10 years end to end recruiting experience; a combination of search firm / RPO and corporate recruiting experience strongly preferred
- Management background of minimum 5 years
- Prior experience recruiting in a global / matrix environment would be an advantage
- Strong sourcing capability to direct our sourcing team to identify world class talent
- Strong communicator
- Fluent in English
- Ability to consult and partner at all levels of the organization
- Strong business acumen, external labour market and best practice knowledge
- Excellent project management capabilities and a mindset of optimization
- Good communication skills with strong influencing, negotiation and conflict management skills
- Strategic thinking
- Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment
- Working knowledge with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) / Workday.
