The franchisee solely controls all aspects of the hotel’s employment policies and practices, including hiring, firing, discipline, staffing, compensation, benefits, and all other terms and conditions of employment. **What you do**:

- Acquiring new customers and maintaining and developing local key accounts
- Support for the MICE, Special Corporate and Leisure segments
- Contract negotiations
- Organization of customer events, sales calls and sales blitzes
- Developing sales-supporting marketing activities and carrying out telemarketing

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**

**This is what you bring with you**
- Completed vocational training or studies in the hotel industry
- At least two years of professional experience in sales
- Very good knowledge of German and English, any other language would be an advantage
- Confident use of computers, knowledge of OPERA is an advantage
- Excellent manners and negotiation skills

Your new workplace is located in Zurich West. The Renaissance Tower Hotel comprises 252 standard rooms and 48 suites, including a Presidential Suite and a Grand Suite. 10 conference rooms, the Equinox Restaurant and the Lucid Bar & Lounge.

You will work flexitime at the Renaissance Tower Hotel from Monday to Friday. We are flexible when it comes to organizing your working hours.
