EMEA Funding & Grants Consultant to support the team in the field of European and Middle East funding proposals for feasibility stage of product and projects on carbon capture and low carbon fuel solutions to decarbonize energy generation through gas turbines. As an EMEA Funding & Grants Consultant, your objective is to work on complex technical and valorization issues related to innovative and sustainable projects in a range of industrial and power generation sectors. Your job is to secure funding opportunities that will support the adoption and acceleration of feasibility assessments. In direct relation with the Carbon solutions teams, you are responsible for:
**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Securing and Identification of Funding / Co-funding : you analyze target geographies, customers, projects and identify most appropriate funding & grants opportunities at EMEA with priority focus on European level
- Actively supporting the scouting activities for new prospects of such grants and funding opportunities
- Training and coaching: using your expertise, you help colleagues across Europe develop their knowledge regarding EU Grants
- Representation: you represent GE Vernova’s carbon solutions strategic interests at various (networking) events
- Communication: you operate as a key-contact internally/externally and towards the public authorities; you contribute to the shaping of new communication tools and their content
**Required Qualifications**
- Bachelors Degree in finance, science, business or mathematics, or equivalent experience
- Strong experience with several years of professional experience in European grants - experience with public affairs is a real plus.
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 10%-15% within EU.

- Executive oral and written communication and presentation skills
