Definition of the scope of supply and coordination with supply chain management to obtain quotations from subcontractors. Oversee cost calculations and the full cost modeling process. Manage the timely preparation and submission of bids and proposals. Support the sales team during contract negotiations. Preparation of documentation for internal reviews and tender submission approvals. Your background Proven leadership experience, ideally managing international and diverse teams. Bachelor-s or Master-s degree in electrical engineering or a related field. Strong expertise in substation automation, control, and protection, with a solid understanding of grid automation. In-depth knowledge of the grid automation market and tendering processes. Excellent command of English; additional European languages are an advantage.
