Job summary
In this function, you will actively help in the smooth and timely processing of spare parts orders and other shipping activities. This is done in close cooperation with the Customer Service & Logistics team.
Furthermore, you comply with applicable safety standards, processes and guidelines and actively help to ensure and improve quality.
Responsibilities
- Correct and timely provision (preparation) of the materials for the dispatch of spare parts deliveries and other customer orders
- Flawless and expeditious packaging of the ordered items
- Correct and timely provision of the material for the production of assemblies, series machines and prototypes
Your profile
- Completed training as a logistician EFZ or equivalent training
- Precise and efficient way of working
- Preferably experience in lean management
- Good user skills in MS Office (Word, Excel) and ERP system (preferably SAP)
- Flawless written and spoken German, ideally good knowledge of English
- Category B driver's license and SUVA recognized counterweight and reach truck test
- Good physical condition and resilience
