Client Associate

**Responsibilities**:

- Supporting the Sales team with their day-to-day client activity and strategic initiatives while working with the following teams: Portfolio Management, Client Services, Marketing, RFP, Compliance and Performance Team.
- Conducting market research and help on business strategy/client analysis.
- Supporting client and prospects-related activity (presentations, follow the regulatory framework, etc.).
- Assisting the Sales team during client meetings, write call reports and complete follow-up tasks.
- Providing administrative support for the sales team (data base management, CRM system, pipeline run, client/product mapping) to help enhance the sales process.
- Organising and proactively help on targeted client events across Switzerland.

**Qualifications/Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree required in Finance, Banking, Economics or equivalent.
- 1 year working experience or a graduate with internships at a Switzerland based asset management firm or bank. Experience in Sales is useful but not essential
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
- A self-starter, who can take ownership to move initiatives forward. Intellectually curious.
