For one of our clients we are looking for a Junior Social Media And Community manager. **Outline of the role**: - Main place of work: Geneva, in a dynamic company, for a sector in full digital growth - Responsible for the communication of subsidiaries of the group in collaboration with the Marketing Department - Support the marketing department of Switzerland for digital communication and improve the customer experience of the national website - Mobility required **Main Responsibilities**: **Define digital content strategies**: - Plan, create, adapt and publish multimedia content for various channels such as social media and our subsidiaries' websites - In collaboration with theMarketing Department, design digital strategies according to strategies in line with the brand strategy in order to optimize the customer relationship - Guarantee the coherence of the different communication supports on and off-line - Moderation of national and subsidiary social networks **Implementation of marketing content actions**: - Produce marketing content (assets, texts, mini-films) in order to highlight the different products according to their positioning - Ensure the updating of digital content - Design coherent "call to actions" for acquisition and/or visibility campaigns - Ensure that content writing is in line with other marketing actions - Analyze the performance of the content and optimize the content according to the evaluation. - Measure the effectiveness of actions and propose countermeasures - Organize events for customers - Improve the customer experience on the national website **Competitive intelligence and market analysis**: - Ensure competitive intelligence and analyze consumer behavior in order to sense market trends - Perform trend analysis, follow developments in terms of "story telling" in the geographical area covered by our subsidiaries. **Qualifications, skills and experience required**: - Degree in communications or digital marketing - Excellent knowledge of web marketing and master the codes of the web culture and the main levers of digital marketing (SEO & SEA) - Excellent experience in social media - Passion for writing and audio-visual - Strong affinity for digital - Passion for automotive sector is a real plus**: - FRENCH/GERMAN FLUENT** - Good knowledge of the English - Mobility to travel anywhere in the world - Driver's license essential Type d'emploi : Temps plein
