**Your role**
- Join us as a Business Risk Manager and help us to protect our clients and our bank even better. Together, we want to make the integration of Credit Suisse a success In this exciting role, you will:
- assess operational risks related to KYC/AML, Fraud, Investor Protection and Cross-Border
- together with the team, develop measures to actively mitigate risks and to improve processes
- support us in bringing our control framework to the next level
- help our client facing employees to deal with complex client cases and to make risk based decisions
- interact with compliance, operational risk control, the legal department and other stakeholders
- get the opportunity to participate in projects and initiatives

**Your expertise**
- a university degree or banking apprenticeship completed with a higher education
- you have 5+ years of experience in a similar function in the financial industry, preferably in the Front Office, Legal, Compliance, Audit or Operations
- excellent analytical background with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- a high degree of flexibility, the ability to cope with pressure and short deadlines with a strong focus on quality
- experience in providing support in preparation of key risk reporting and meetings
- you have very good knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools
- proficiency in Italian and fluent in English
