Green Technologies Business Development Manager

In cooperation with Head of Proposal Department and Head of Commercial Division, identify business opportunities for first commercialization of technologies and products related to Casale green technologies;
- Identify potential customers and projects in order to promote and propose solutions involving Casale green/blue technologies;
- Act as the focal point from the commercial standpoint for the promotion of Casale green technologies;
- Cooperate with Marketing Section, Head of Proposal Department and Head of Commercial Division to develop and deploy the communication around Casale green/blue technologies;
- Cooperate with internal resources (R&D, process, technology Managers, engineering and other departments) for the preparation of the technical proposals related to the green/blue technologies;
- Prepare the commercial proposals, draft contracts and manage commercial negotiations for projects involving Casale green/blue technologies;
- Prepare periodic reports of key customers activities to be discussed with Head of Proposal Department/Head of Commercial Division and with Area Sales Managers and other internal resources involved in green/blue technologies.
- Regular presence at conferences and exhibitions on the green/blue technologies involving Casale portfolio and attendance to internal meetings and team activities on the green technologies development.

Education**:Master Degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or equivalent).
- **Languages**: fluent written and spoken English.
- **Skills**:
Sales and business attitude paired with a customer focus approach;
Business intelligence skills to effectively analyze competitive environment;
Negotiation skills;
Very good communication skills, positive, self-confident, intercultural experience and willingness to travel is necessary to cover the position.
