Reconnue et incontournable depuis plus de 40 ans, Multi Personnel est une agence spécialisée dans la mise à disposition de personnel administratif et de cadres, temporaire et fixe, dans de nombreux secteurs économiques, tels que la banque, sociétés financières, multinationales, ONG, PME et institutions locales._ - _ - Pour notre client, une banque privée de la place, nous souhaitons recruter un/e Business Risk Manager pour un poste fixe_ **Votre mission**: - Sous la supervision des "RM", vous serez en charge de gérer et anticiper les risques clients (KYC, AML CDB,....) - Accompagner les "onboardings" et prévenir le "RM" d'éventuels risques potentiels liés à des transactions de leurs clients - Apporter des solutions pour réduire ces risques - Analyse des rapports d'incidents - Mise en place de tests et contrôles, contrôle des systèmes/procédures de la 1ère ligne de défense - Meetings et reporting sur les différentes techniques utilisées auprès de la "seconde ligne de défense" - Préparation des reportings - Formation interne - Support lors des audits - Divers projets **Votre profil**: - Bachelor/Master en finance ou formation jugée équivalente - 5 années d'expérience dans un poste similaire auprès d'une banque privée - De langue maternelle russe, bilingue anglais-français - Excellentes connaissances des régulations bancaires actuelles (KYC, AML,CDB, LBA,....) - Organisé/e, aisance de communication, esprit d'analyse et orienté/e solutions, dynamique et autonome - Personne domiciliée en Suisse - Disponible rapidement ( 2 mois de préavis max) **Nous vous offrons**: Un job sur mesure, qui répond à vos attentes, tant au niveau des responsabilités que de la structure.
