**Salary**:4,600-4,700 CHF (brutto) + 13th month

**Main Responsibilities**
- Provide knowledgeable and professional service to guests, with a thorough understanding of the hotel and local area.
- Manage guest check-ins, including data entry in Shiji and confirmation of reservations.
- Issue and manage electronic room keys in line with hotel security policies.
- Use effective sales techniques and actively promote upgrades and additional services, even without system prompts.
- Welcome, book, and process payments for walk-in guests.
- Handle credit cards, cash, and foreign currency transactions professionally, including currency exchanges.
- Review outlet reports for accuracy.
- Take responsibility for daily closing procedures and credit card reconciliations.
- Process fixed charges and vouchers.
- Prepare and distribute relevant departmental reports.
- Ensure compliance with hotel, LQA, and CMS standards.
- Operate the fire alarm system when required.

**Your Profile**
- Completed hotel management training or hotel school qualification preferred.
- Previous reception/front desk experience, ideally in a 5-star property.
- Strong knowledge of front desk operations and a high level of numerical accuracy.
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken; additional languages are an advantage.
- Confident user of hotel property management systems.
- Broad general knowledge, innovative thinking, and strong emotional intelligence.
- Organised, service-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Trustworthy with strong negotiation skills.
- Comfortable handling stressful situations with composure.
- Well-presented with a professional appearance.
