What’s the scope?

Reporting into the Marketing Director Wrangler the Brand Content Coordinator’s mission is to develop and implement exciting creative projects and executions within the brands creative landscape. Whether that’s a campaign shoot in the California desert or delivering creative copywriting for our brand channels, you must always bring your ‘A’ game.

Your Producer game should be strong, have a grasp of current creative fashion trends and the ability to co-ordinate multi layered marketing campaigns from concept to execution.

Your responsibilities as our Brand Content Coordinator;
- Manage the creative marketing asset calendar, ensuring all executions are well planned and organized in a timely manner.
- Co-ordinate the process and deliver all creative marketing assets across all channels including, trade, retail and digital via the brand portal
- Be responsible for Brand Ecomm PDP photography - 4x per year: benchmarking costs, product sample management, development and enabling internal alignment on seasonal style guide, acting as main contact with production agency, delivery of final assets to all regions and EMEA relevant channels.
- Be responsible for the execution of trade shoots - 2x per year: concepting, product sample management, development and enabling internal alignment on shotlist and list of deliverables, acting as main contact with production agency, delivery of final assets to all regions and EMEA relevant channels.
- Be responsible for the execution Global Modern Seasonal shoot - 2x per year: concepting & budgeting, global & internal alignment with all relevant stakeholders, acting as main contact with production agency, delivery of final assets to all regions and relevant channels
- Acquire all ATG PDP & lifestyle imagery for EMEA region in alignment with Global team
- Full ownership of product campaigns - 2x per year: from concepting and budgeting, acting as main contact with production agency, delivery of final assets to all relevant regions and EMEA channels.
- Create all content for the social media accounts such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn etc.
- Co-ordinate all brand copywriting and translation professionals.

Skills for Success:

- At least 3 years of relevant experience within a brand, studio or agency, ideally in fashion/retail/apparel
- Proven working experience in marketing is required
- Demonstrable experience in designing and implementing successful creative marketing campaigns across all channels campaigns that engage, and inspire.
- BS/MS degree in creative fields or related discipline, up-to-date with the latest trends and strong interest in fashion, trends and youth culture
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and knowledge of other European languages is a plus
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative suite
- Strong organizational skills, problem solving and customer driven attitude
- Excellent communication skills both orally and in writing
- Team player with great drive and enthusiasm
- Flexible and able to deal with deadlines
- Eye for detail, accurate and proactive, eager to learn, “hands on”
