**Main responsibility**

The main responsibility of the Content Editor & Coordinator are:
**Editing**
- Proofreads and edits the profiles for the Homo Faber Guide’s weekly updates
- Fills in the accreditation categories for all new artisans
- Writes the weekly editorial phrases and selects the featured artisans
- Writes Editorial content for new country launches or special features
- Liaises with the Homo Faber Guide team, notably the Editor-in-Chief and Webmaster.

**Coordinating**
- Assists the Homo Faber Guide Editor in Chief by coordinating a team of more than 70 external collaborators
- Receives content from our collaborators worldwide (written content and pictures)
- Evaluates content, asks for corrections if necessary and classifies the content
- Establishes a long-term relationship with the Homo Faber Guide’s partners
- Establishes their contracts, receives and validates their invoices
- Answers their questions and become a relay for administrative issues.

**Required Skills**:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in editing and coordinating, experience in journalism is an asset
- Knowledge in art and design and interest in the “Métiers d’art”
- Ability to multitask
- Computer proficiency including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Languages - English & French: fluent, Italian or at least one other language is a must
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Team Player
- Creative and open-minded
- Rigorous with a sense of the detail
- Swiss, EU national **or** with a valid B work permit.
