**What your impact will be like**:
As a Business Development Working Student, you will be a core member of our Marketing Team and thus closely collaborate with our marketing, business development and sales professionals as well as our Co-CEO Commercial. You will assist the teams with the implementation of different business development measures across various channels and markets. In particular, you will:

- Assist with leads prospecting, supporting sales and partner processes
- Help maintain and update customer databases (Hubspot) and internal documentation
- Assist in project management for cross-functional Go-to-Market projects (planning, coordination, documentation, follow-ups)
- Support the execution and tracking of strategic initiatives defined by the Commercial Leadership Board
- Prepare presentations, reports and meeting materials for management reviews and board discussions
- Manage and maintain our PowerPoint database, ensuring consistency, version control, and alignment with brand and content standards
- Contribute to market and performance analyses to support data-driven decisions
- Take on ad-hoc and administrative tasks related to the team’s daily operations.

- University graduate or final-year student in a relevant field (business development, marketing or similar)
- Advanced competency in Microsoft PowerPoint (preferably with prior internship experience, especially in consulting) and other MS Suite products
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (German and English)
- Experience working with a CRM (e.g. Hubspot or Salesforce) is a plus
