Tasks
- Carrying out market and potential analyses for new Buhler products for the confectionery industry
- Elaboration of business plans in collaboration with the product management team
- Supporting trials in the new Food Creation Center in a technological context
- Continuous market observation and preparation of a monthly market monitor
- Contact with market research institutes and procurement of market data
- Support in the preparation of sales documents
- Collaboration in marketing communication for the Consumer Foods division
- Organisation and implementation of webinars
- Support in the organisation and implementation of customer events and trade fairs
- Collaboration in customer training and staff training courses
Required qualifications
- Marketing, business administration or food technology study (at least 4th semester completed)
- Background in food technology or an education as a baker / confectioner or as a confectionery technician
- Basic understanding of and interest in food / the food industry / confectionery industry
- Basic understanding of marketing
- Fluent in English (spoken + written)
- Good organisational skills and networked thinking and acting
- Open to new ideas
- Communicative, proactive, interested
Preferred qualifications
- High flexibility and multitasking skills
- Experienced in marketing communications
- Fluent in German
