In this role, you will get the opportunity to position Bühler as the market leading solution provider to the plant-based meat, cereals, snacks, pasta and pet food industry. Joining a motivated team, you will be driving and promoting new initiatives in these exciting growth markets of the food industry and cooperate with internal stakeholders along our value chain as well as external partners to provide the complete technology portfolio to our customers.

Tasks
- Prepare high quality presentation material for internal and external communication and present in front of customers about the latest developments in the plant-based meat market and other relevant markets within our Business Unit Human Nutrition.
- Support start-up engagement and channeling of requests with internal stakeholders
- Trend monitoring and competitor analysis on a global and regional level, extract actionable insights and support strategy development
- Exchange with the regions globally about market trends, opportunities, and local needs, foster global alignment
- Key stakeholder management with influencers and partners in the industry along the complete value chain of our customers

Required qualifications
- You have a bachelor or master degree in Business Administration, Process engineering or Food science
- Fluent in English (spoken + written), German is an advantage
- Strong social skills, empathic and good in people management
- Analytical and methodological competencies
- Problem-solving and solution-oriented skills
- Very partner-oriented approach, high partner-understanding, customer-solution oriented way of thinking Excellent Powerpoint skills
- Social Media skills post news on different channels

Preferred qualifications
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and complexity skillfully and comfortably in a technical environment
- Knowledge of food technology, especially extrusion and the relevant industries listed above
- Business acumen and market understanding in the above-mentioned industries
- You feel comfortable presenting in front of an audience
- Willingness to travel internationally
