Introduction

In our Digital Sense business, we develop and multiply sensor systems for our Grains & Food businesses. We track the condition of machinery as well as monitor & optimise the quality of processed materials. This drives the digital transformation of our process chains from field to fork.

Diversity

Tasks
- Technically and commercially manage as well as execute case studies and product developments in the field of online sensor systems, with strong focus to data analysis
- Provide expert know-how in sensor technologies across Bühler (knowledge about optical and es-pecially NIR technology are an advantage)
- Support product management in the strategic solution portfolio development
- Develop, maintain, and make available data processing and calibration tools for Bühler’s online sensor portfolio.
- Provide technical life-cycle support within the Bühler organization
- Build-up and drive online sensor community across Bühler, and establish technology radar to evaluate most competitive sensor technologies requested by the Bühler online sensor community

Required qualifications
- Technical know-how in sensor technologies (e.g. NIR, etc.) and processing of sensor data
- Bachelor/Master degree (or equivalent) in process technology, chemical or electrical engineering, natural sciences or data science
- Programming experience (e.g. Matlab, Python, C-Sharp,)
- Analytical and very structure working style
- Ability to analyze complex topics and build practical solutions
- Team player, matching TOP values
