To strengthen our HR Operations team in Prilly, we are looking for an:
**HR OPERATIONS COORDINATOR (12-MONTHS FIXED-TERM)**

We are currently looking for a one-year fixed term contract HR Operations Coordinator in Prilly to join our HR Operations team. This unit is mainly providing services to SICPA Switzerland in collaboration with the HR Operations team based in Madrid. This position aims at providing high quality support on operational HR activities.

**ROLE**
- Ensure all incoming requests and inquiries from employees are appropriately addressed
- Provide support on diverse HR administration related to employee lifecycle tasks such as work certificates, family allowances, invoices and work permit
- Maintain records of personnel-related data in the database and ensure documents are stored electronically in the personnel file
- Liaise with other functions (payroll, benefits etc.)
- Assist in ad-hoc HR projects
- Extract high volume data on request from our database and provide HR reports such as number of active employees of different entities
- Ensure best practices and decisions taken within HR are captured in a document for future reference
- Provide support in data entry / data checks follow the implementation of new HRIS modules

**PROFILE**
- Bachelor degree in Business administration or related field is desirable
- One year experience in a similar role is preferred
- Customer focus, organized, efficient, respect of deadline and detail-oriented are key competencies
- IT skills, especially Microsoft office. Success Factors and PowerBI knowledge is a plus
- Ability to handle data with confidentiality
- Fluent in English and French
