At SCOTT Sports SA, we are driven by passion for innovation, performance, and outdoor sports. To strengthen our Equipment & Footwear Sales team, we are looking for a motivated and organized Sales Coordinator to support our sales operations and ensure smooth coordination between our internal teams and international partners.

In this versatile position, you will play a key role in supporting the Sales Manager with pricing and production planning, preparing documentation and statistics, coordinating sales meetings and tradeshows, and handling daily correspondence in German, French, and English. Strong German language skills are essential for this role.

What you'll do

Creat and prepare spreadsheets for pricings, price lists and order forms Generate statistics Support the sales manager in production planning tasks Build and compile sales documentation Preparation and realization of sales meetings and tradeshows Correspondence by e-mail in German, French and English Various administrative tasks 

What We're Looking For

Fluent in German, English and FrenchFirst work experience - ideally with sales backgroundSAP/S4 knowledge could be an advantageTechnical understandingAnalytical skills and detailed orientedInterests in sportsAbility to work autonomouslyStrong communication / interaction skills (team player)
