**What you will do**:

- ensuring the operation of cross-platform IT services
- maintenance and monitoring of IT services
- locating and isolating faults, as well as necessary escalation
- willingness for On-call service, team helpdesk and user support

**What you bring**:

- experience in the field of Openshift and with cloud solutions
- experience with mainly Linux Server systems
- good verbal and written fluency in English, German knowledge should be at least B1/B2 as this team mostly communicates in German
