**Job Description**:
We are seeking an **Implementation Specialist** to provide technical advice on our PRO.FILE solutions to national and international companies. As an Implementation Specialist, you will be responsible for project support and implementation, from specification to integration. You will advise national and international customers, moderate workshops, record and discuss customer requirements, and develop and implement best practices.

- Remote in Switzerland
**Responsibilities**
- Contribute to the improvement of engineering processes with the integration of various CAD/PLM and ERP systems and document management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customized solutions that meet client needs and requirements
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring successful implementation and adoption of PRO.FILE solutions
- Provide regular status updates and progress reports to project teams, senior management, and clients to ensure alignment and transparency throughout software implementation lifecycle
**Qualifications**:
- Fluent in German (C1) and English
- Travel to Client
- Experience with Software Implementation for External Clients
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
**Preferred**
- Experience with CAD/PLM solutions
- Experience with Business Processes (Development and Production) in Machine or Plant Construction Industry
