**What you're going to do**:
Are you ready to shape the future of marketing at Adnovum? Do you want to be the driving force behind strategic initiatives and ensure a seamless alignment across Market Units? At the helm of a dynamic marketing team, you will inspire innovation, strengthen communication and cooperation between marketing and sales, and craft impactful strategies that fuel business growth. Your leadership will not only elevate our brand but also create meaningful connections with our clients across key industries. You will be responsible for the following tasks:

- Designing and executing a dynamic marketing strategy that drives business success
- Building strong, collaborative relationships across Marketing, Sales, and Market Units
- Leading the strategic marketing board, as well as setting priorities, KPIs, and performance targets
- Inspiring and guiding the marketing team to deliver exceptional results
- Streamlining planning processes for clear roles and high-impact execution
- Managing seamless collaborations with external agencies and partners
- Strengthening lead qualification by leveraging such tools as HubSpot
- Partnering with sales leaders to promote customer engagement and revenue growth
- Ensuring a powerful and consistent brand presence across every marketing channel
- Fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and data-driven decision-making

**What we're looking for**:

- At least 8-10 years of B2B marketing experience in tech or software
- Proven success in leading and managing operational marketing teams
- Expertise in strategic planning and hands-on execution
- Mastery in creating and executing marketing strategies and lead generation
- Deep understanding of sales processes and aligning marketing with sales
- Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot), marketing automation tools, and data analytics
- Knowledge of AI-driven marketing and emerging digital trends
- Inspirational leadership across diverse teams and geographies
- Charismatic communication skills with strong verbal and written capabilities in both German and English, skilled in stakeholder engagement and conflict resolution
