**Job Description** How does your working day looks like...**
- You do the scheduling, lead the team and support your colleagues in their development
- You take responsibility for your budget and ensure correct billing and administration
- You help to shape the offer and the prices in the beverage area and take care of the merchandise usage control
- You are a competent and open-minded contact and sparring partner for our external concept partner
- You ensure clean processes in the service as well as smooth cooperation with all other departments
- You stand by your colleagues with an infectious smile when once again all guests storm the restaurant at the same time and want to order. You also keep track of spontaneous changes in plans
- You stand for the high level of our food and swear your colleagues in for an equally special service experience.

**Qualifications** Your personality counts more then your CV...**
- You have already gained management experience in a similar function
- You have completed an apprenticeship in gastronomy
- You can inspire your colleagues as well as your guests. In addition, charming communication is easy for you, even when things get tricky.
- You are enthusiastic about good food and like to discover new concepts
- You are a doer - and openly admit when you have done something wrong.
- You bring not only your skills, but also your character to the table
