**Interesting tasks**:
Our white-collar crime practice encompasses advice and representation in all areas of business crime, including fraud, money-laundering, corruption, disloyal management, organised insolvency, corporate criminal liability, blocking statutes, economic espionage and all aspects relating to the Swiss Anti Money Laundering regulations. We also regularly assist our clients in mutual legal assistance proceedings, as well as administrative criminal law matters, whether related to the financial sector, tax offences or breaches of the therapeutic products act.

**Your profile**:

- A law master's degree with very good grades and a Swiss bar exam;
- Ideally a further graduation, such as a LL.M.;
- Fluent in French and English, both drafting and oral communication, solid passive command of German;
- A strong interest for the economic perspective of legal questions;
- Persistence, self-competence, healthy ambition and the tenacity of successfully concluding challenging projects;
- Team player, solution-oriented approach, curiosity and the desire to support other teams in an uncomplicated way.
