**Your responsibilities**: Your challenge
- Connect The Dots
- Create alignment on the product visions both internally and with key external partners
- Measure and analyse existing products and business models for opportunities to innovate and improve, providing additional benefits to developers and customers
- Proactively identify and resolve strategic and technical issues that may impair the team's ability to meet strategic, financial, and technical goals
- Support the Global Head of Digital Products to develop the existing Art Basel digital services and products
- Collaborate with the UX Team to transition from product to client focused digital solutions
- Ensuring stable digital platforms during online and physical fairs
- Conduct User Acceptance testing for core platforms

Lead & Initiate
- Create user stories and acceptance criteria
- Prioritisation and management of Product Backlog
- Lead, inspire and support the Art Basel Team to deliver customer value
- Establish business processes and policies as well as metrics and indicators for success
- Manage cross-product dependencies and initiate Scrum sessions building consensus to deliver value across products with different maturity levels

The Big Picture
- Communicate the vision, plans, objectives and progress to both your team and stakeholders
- Write product requirements documents and ensure clear communication and coordination of requirements to the business, marketing, design and development teams
- Own the overall product roadmap and manage prioritization

**Your profile**:

- Degree in business administration, business informatics or similar field
- Good understanding of e-commerce platform and product solution
- Agile/ scrum experience as a Product Owner/Manager
- Experience with digital customer-facing technology development, design, business systems analysis
- Experience in collaborating with business stakeholders
- Strong communicator to all levels of seniority and disciplines within the organization
- Proven success developing business cases, roadmaps, product execution strategies
- Highly detail oriented, well organized with ability to take complex concepts and synthesize to be understood by business users
- Fluent in English, German is a plus
