- As a Product Owner for ‘Digital Meeting Library’, you will be responsible for managing the product backlog and maximizing the value of the product/service - both from a business and IT perspective. You will define and prioritize functional and non-functional requirements in the pod. As a product leader, you will be actively driving and enabling a seamless human interaction between our clients and client advisors based on our award winning frontoffice solutions ecosystem and integrated with best-in class 3rd party collaboration solutions.
- Our ‘Frontoffice Solutions, Remote & Business integration’ crew is based on the main clusters around Client Advisor Workbenches, Digital Meeting and Remote interaction (incl virtual meetings and messaging), Platform Development & Implementation Strategy.
- The ’Digital Meeting Library’ is the core element of our Digital Meeting Journey and is the golden source for all client ready digital contents and interactive journeys optimized for a client meeting. For this team we are looking for a Product Owner to:
- develop the northstar, strategy, roadmap, and end-to-end journey visuals for the ‘Digital Meeting Library’ based on client, client advisors, competitors and technological insights
- lead and manage a pod of approx. 8 people (scrum master, business analyst, developers, testers)
- co-create end-to-end journeys with clients and client advisors from CH, EMEA and APAC, and with product owners and technical experts from other pods, crews and streams
- actively ensure that your product is compliant with market specific regulatory and compliance requirements and vetted with / approved by relevant control functions
- develop a meeting content guide to facilitate and ensure a compelling and engaging advisory experience across journeys and client needs
- plan and drive product adoption together with market representatives including trainings, coaching, senior management conversations
- set ambitious objectives together with the markets, and define how to measure the impact of your product with OKR (‘Objectives and Key Results’)
- support our Crew Mission: “Enable seamless in-person and remote human interaction powered by integrated need-journeys and based on joint Digital Banking foundation” based on your competencies and passion
- be in the driver seat to enable various Key OKRs: Have the best individual offering combined with a remote-enabled multi-channel advisory approach and maximize client time for front staff and contribute to transformation of client service organization.

- In our agile operating model, crews are aligned to larger products and services fulfilling client needs and encompass multiple autonomous pods. You’ll be working in the ‘Touchpoints’ stream. Your key partners from the market organizations and other crews are located in Switzerland, Asia and EMEA

**Your expertise**
- deep understanding of client needs and client advisory processes in Global Wealth Management and Private and Corporate Clients
- several years of agile project management experience
- team player with an enthusiastic and proactive personality, a true agile mindset and fun to work with
- strong analytical and communication skills (incl. business cases, journey design, impact measurement)
- experience in client journey ideation, visual design and co-creation with clients and client advisors
- ability to build international networks and partnerships and influence stakeholders at all levels
- working in agile environments with understanding of agile delivery frameworks and product ownership
- fluent in English and German (speaking and writing)
