**About the role**

As Head Rewards Switzerland, you will lead the in-country cross-divisional Rewards function in partnership with the country P&O function, the regional and global Rewards function, line management and the support functions to ensure the development, implementation and management of innovative cost-effective Reward programs.
Your key responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Develop and design innovative and competitive rewards solutions, tools and programs in line with the country’s business strategy and talent priorities.
- Provide pro-active business partner support ensuring that the needs of the business units and functions are met based on their specific requirements
- Utilize data analysis and modelling formulating well-thought recommendations to the P&O function, the business units and management boards.
- Presentation of recommendations to the Swiss P&O and Management Board(s) ensuring common supported decisions are taken in the interest of the country
- Implementation of global reward programs and drive the engagement through high quality communications.
- Implementation of innovative market trends at country level ensuring competitive advantage through continuous improvement of programs, tools and processes
- Lead the Swiss Rewards team
- Close collaboration with the NOCCs regarding the global reward processes (e.g. annual compensation review cycle, benchmarking, job evaluation) or other provided services
- Provide analysis and recommendations for the annual country merit increase negotiations and other employee relation themes as required
- Ensure efficient management of the Swiss GJFA Board with consistent decisions.

**Role Requirements**

What you’ll bring to the role:

- Master degree in Business Administration, P&O, Finance or related field
- Significant experience in a Rewards or Generalist P&O role or demonstrated skillset in other functions
- Experience with operating in a matrix environment across business units, functions and global service centers with stakeholders on all levels of the organization
- Proficiency in English and German (written and spoken)
- Strong leadership and people management skills
