**Deine Verantwortung**:

- Verantwortung für die Weiterentwicklung und den Betrieb der Identity Infrastruktur (basierend auf MIM, Microsoft Identity Management)
- Gestaltung der entsprechenden Identity and Access Prozesse, zusammen mit den Fachbereichen aus Administration, Lehre und Forschung
- Mitgestaltung der «Next Generation» Identity & Access Management Solution
- Erarbeitung und Umsetzung von Sicherheitsmassnahmen in Zusammenarbeit mit dem ICT-Sicherheitsverantwortlichen und den Infrastrukturverantwortlichen
- Die Definition und Spezifikation der Kundenanforderungen mit Hilfe von User Stories
- Die Priorisierung der User Stories im Team Backlog nach dem damit verbundenen wirtschaftlichen Wert
- Das Grooming der User Stories zusammen mit dem Team
- Die Abnahme der Ergebnisse der jeweiligen Iteration basierend auf Akzeptanzkriterien
- Das Mitgestalten einer Kultur von Respekt und Transparenz

**Deine Skills**:

- sehr gute Kenntnisse über aktuelle Bedrohungsszenarien und Sicherheitsanforderungen
- Erfahrung bei der technischen Konzeption und Umsetzung von Sicherheitsmassnahmen
- Erfahrung bei der Gestaltung von Identitäts
- und Zugriffs-Prozessen und Infrastrukturen
- eine Ausbildung als Product Owner und idealerweise bereits einige Jahre praktische Erfahrung in dieser Funktion
- eine abgeschlossene höhere Aus
- oder Weiterbildung in Richtung Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung sowie mehrere Jahre praktische Erfahrung im Bereich Security, Identity und Access Management
- Leidenschaft für eine hohe Produkt-Qualität
- Erfahrung mit agilen Arbeitsweisen (z.B. Kanban-Boards)
